These are your ONLY two options. I'm interested to see the women vs men perspectives on this.

I'm getting judgemental answers to a simple question. I am not the one cheating, nor is my husband. I asked the question to see how each side (male vs female) would view this. It has NOTHING to do with my personal relationship. Everyone is reading too much into the question!!!!

I'm a woman and that's a hard question. I'd say the long term relationship because chances are there'd be less of a chance to contract and STD, but then I don't want him to have the "emotional relationship" with another woman.

That is an excellent question, but I would have to say the long term relationship.

Neither, but if I had to choose, I'd say a longterm relationship because there's less chance of disease. At the same time, though, it'd be disturbing to have the one I love in a long-term relationship with someone else because he'd likely have feelings for her, too. I don't know.

what planet are you from???? from a health standpoint, a long term f**k-buddy is less likely to bring sexually transmitted diseases into your home ... however, that doesn't mean that your partner's "friend" isn't servicing other partners too ... for you to entertain staying with a partner like that is not only damaging to your self esteem, it is also a health risk to both of you ... consider an appliance as a substitute instead of another person ... the disrespect that is evident in your relationship is very damaging in the long run

Neither are an option. You are in a relationship with one person ONLY.

I'm more worried about safety than feelings. I'd prefer long term relationship.

OK to be fair I'll answer this way,I want a woman to be with me and me only.If she feels that she needs more than i can offer,i would let her go and find myself another to love.I would choose neither.

If you are THAT type of relationship- i.e. NOT caring if your partner is with others--Than it should NOT matter one way or the other..
