Is smoking allowed by any Calif. rental car companies?

Most still allow, but be very sure at time of your reservation you tell them you want to car you can smoke in.
If you smoke in one of their non smoking cars, you well be charge a cleaning fee. Don't say I wont pay, for they just put on your credit card.

I don't think it's legal in the state! You can't smoke in businesses, I wouldn't think you could smoke in rental cars, either.

No way, you can't smoke in restaurants and you can't even smoke in petco park which is outside, now thats stupid.
