I think it is one of the most positive campaign commercials I have ever seen.

It features footage of Ronald Reagan, and Nancy Reagan is asking that they pull the ad because, in her words "some of it is very negative".
I don't see anything negative about it, can someone please explain that to me?

Nancy Regan requested that the portrayal of Ronald Regan as a supporter of Webb's be removed as he on the opposing side of the isle. She said nothing of negativity in her letter to Webb, I don't know who made that up but it's not truthful. Nancy's letter said it is "neither authorized nor appropriate." Get the story straight...

It may not be negative but it is an underhanded trick by the left used to get votes. Another thing permission must be granted to use anything associated with Reagan, and that has not happened!
