I don't believe Ford has ever offered the 4.6 in a crew cab with a manual trans........
Look for an old 4.9 I6 with manual trans in a supercab.
( 4.9 was discontinued befor the F150 'Crew' was available )
best powertrain ever & you should be able to get a couple of hundred thousand miles out of it
