I take it that you are a man and if this is the case then first you should find out if your friend is gay or not. you should already know the answer to this. If he isn't gay then I wouldn't tell him that you have feelings for him. If you tell him it will just make things weird between the two of you and you may lose your friend over this. If he is straight then move on and good luck
