I have a laptop with a wireless card but cannot access from home because the connections are password protected. How do I set up my own connection so I dont have to drive around looking for a hot spot?

You'll have to purchase a wireless modem and set it up. When you get the modem, it will come with a CD that will give you software to set it up with a password.

You need to buy a router for your pc. Stop trying to steal the Internet.
