mentally disabled person is someone who suffered from mental illness like schezophrenic disorder or bipolar. The best example is the movie "beautiful mind". Watch that movie so you can understand fully. Physical illness is accepted in the society but mental illness is not generally accepted. If you have friends who suffer this illness, they need support, encouragement and a very stable environment. They don't need criticism.
