My girlfriend, when I decided that she was the one I wanted to be with for the rest of my life. It was moonlight, and we were walking along a Spanish beach, and her skin was glowing and her eyes were sparkling because of the moon but also dreamy because of the sangria and she looked at me and said 'I think you'd make a great daddy someday' and oh oh oh it's still more than I can bear sometimes sweet Jesus it just fills me up.

I haven't seen it yet. When I get back from Afghanistan in a few months seeing my wife, my kids, my parents and my country will be hard to beat. Oh, and seeing my wife after the kids go to bed rates right up there too.

nature... especially the stars on a cloudless night... when you look up at the sky, it feels so cool... it's like....the world just fades away and it's just you and the shiny stars... I think it's beautiful because everything God created is beautiful...
