I have lived in Australia my entire life- if you want my honest opinion- and this is VERY generalised, I think that Americans tend to be full of themselves and they dont know how to laugh at themselves. Maybe also i think alot of Americans have NO manners at all, they think everyone owes them something. As I said before, its just a generalisation and a broad one at that.

the two the Dem's' and re pubs' can hardly agree on something even while they want an identical element. except you circulate to c-span you will no longer see lots coverage of one/3 occasion applicants. great companies make extensive contributions to applicants they help, you're limited in how lots you could donate to a candidate individually. companies set up committees and communities to help and fund applicants. the latest financial ruin rules have been written with the help of the banking marketplace for congress to make into regulation and it bit them interior the butt. the different difficulty is that some people vote for a million occasion for all time, the two with the aid of fact they help that occasion for all time and have faith it rather is the only occasion to do whats precise,or they're disillusioned with the different occasion for some reason. the two events like it their way and could compromise some to get their way. If what I study on the internet final nighttime is even a million/2 actual, this election would possibly no longer remember besides. If we've yet another attack like 9/11 or a important catastrophe till now the elections F.E.M.A . will take administration and George Bush will strengthen into the actual capacity of government. If it occurs after the elections and till now the hot president takes place of work,i don't comprehend what is going to ensue. G.W. signed an government order for the continuity of government and F.E.M.A. will take over and droop the form and the President stands out as the unity government. Congress and the perfect court docket will nevertheless exist yet might have little or no voice, the President has the basically precise say in all concerns. there replaced into additionally yet another website speaking relating to the formation of the North American Union (Canada,U.S. and Mexico forming a union like the E.U. and the U.S. shape would be long previous.

personally I have no problem with people from any country.
I am a Canadian,
I have travailed in and around the US and have found as many Americans that didn't like Canadians as I have found Canadians that didn't like Americans,
different views of things cause different views of people that feel passionately, I wish a lot of people would realize that just because a person is from a another country or culture doesn't mean they too are different from each other.
we can get along if we remember that.

I don't mind the states but you have such different ideas about the rest of the world. For instance most americans think its cold in Canada year round but it gets as hot up here as it does down in California. I always get a kick when you see someone with a trailer with skidoos on it in June. Everytime its someone with plates on the vehicle from the U.S.

I'm from Australia.I don't like to generalise people from different countries because I think it is unfair on the individual, but I do know alot of Australians, almost 80% of us were against the invasion of Iraq, and don't beleive it's our fight and hence want our troops to come home. It seems it is only our Prime Minister and a minority that support it, however it seems like most of you feel the same way as well. I think we are both suffering for our governments decisions, and many people are taking it out on individuals unfairly.

I think it depends on were you go i have been to Pocono pa. and the people there will give you the shirt off there backs to help you, but i have also been to new york state and I'm afraid they are going to take the shirt off my back ,maybe just me who knows i just don't feel comfortable in the bigger cities. But all in all i think smaller, simpler country people will be nicer to outsiders than city people.

I spent 2 years in the UK, while in the service.
A lot of people see the USA as a powerful nation with imperialistic intentions.
The USA bombs small, weaker nations we don't like. We support regimes with questionable human rights records, etc.

Having lived outside of the US for several years, I always got the impression that most Europeans (rightly) believed that we Americans were very ignorant of the outside world, and our understanding of different cultures. Yet they appreciated our optimism.
