Absolutely! I am doing it as we speak, as an American Muslim. The problems occur when greed, corruption and politics seep through. There are Muslims in almost every country, and we coexist without any problems (for the most part) with people of all faiths. Turkey, a secular Islamic state (if that makes sense) has gone to great measures to keep extremism and intolerance at bay. Egypt contains a large number of Coptic Christians, though they do suffer at times. Lebanon has a roughly 35% Christian population and they never have problems, or at least none I've heard of. These are just small examples of the good of Islam that the media would croak if it were forced to publish, lol.

Yes and a lot of them do. But the ones that have declared war on nonmuslims are not going to let any one live in peace.

Only if the non-Muslims subject themselves to Islam (without converting).
It's called the "dhimmi" condition. Such people are looked down on but tolerated by Muslims and they are to pay special taxes.
This was for instance the situation of Jews and Christians under the Islamic domination of Spain (711 - 1492).

Of course!! Hello, it is the Islamic governments that are the issue not the religion itself. The governments take Sharia (divine law) literally while the religion teaches it but obviously has no power or interest in enforcing it. My mother is Muslim, my father is Methodist and I am Catholic. We are a close family. Learn about the religion, you'll be surprised.

Yes. A lot of Arab Muslims are very open-minded. Think about Bahrain, theres an army of American soldiers using the southern part of Bahrain as a base in the Gulf. and they're all living in peace.

yes, pls take a look at malaysia as an example, in fact many muslims are kind, friendly, detests terrorism and very human indeed. i think your shallow minded thinking must change in order to live with fellow humans not only muslims alone.

In order to have peace one needs to be peaceful within him or herself. When there is terrorism training, terrorism will manifest
they need to be trained to be at peace in order to manifest peace no matter what religion or nationality
