To close to make a good statement and stand out. When things are too similar, it is distracting the eye. Though people say that black goes with anything, it depends on how much black goes with how much navy blue.

Black goes with just about anything, but it matters what you are matching. Like pants and a shirt or a sweater and a shirt underneath. Some things may match and others may not.

listen i really love those color especially the very very dark navy ,so it matches without any discusing ,so just go for it.
REMARK: THE NAVY COLOR MUST BE THE T SHIRT,AND THE BLACK IS THE BLACK JEANS.
ALSO THE T SHIRT MUST BE PLAIN UNLESS IT HAS SOME NUMBERS ON IT.
