I was having the same exact problem for days and McAfee Security was the reason why...Follow these directions I've copied/posted from the follwing person...Jeff D,Thank Him if you run across him, he's the MAN! "THIS WORKS, JUST DID IT!"
Just had the problem last night. If you have Mcafee security you need to open it, go to Web Browsing protection button, click on advanced and un check the first two boxes, then click apply. (pop up blockers) then refresh your team page and it will load correctly.

if they have mcafee virus protection that's what's probably causing it, you have to go an change the internet and browser settings
