Dell latitude D610 - How do you rate it?
Right now I have a Dell Latitude C500. It's a 4-year-old, Pentium III laptop. This is my work laptop.
At work, they want to give me a Dell Latitude D610. I had my first look at it, and I am very disappointed!. The screen seems to be smaller and not as sharp (I tried to adjust the resolution, and it's still not as good as my older laptop). Also the touch mouse pad is not as sensitive (not as smooth). The laptop overall looks cheaper, but it has the centrino CPU with the blue tooth technology (who cares!) and built in wireless card.

So it has more technology, but the smaller and cheaper screen is a major drawback.
What do you think of this laptop (Latitude D610)?. It looks that Dell now a day is not as good as it used to be. I am thinking to ask for a different laptop, maybe hp or Toshiba (with comparable price). Which one would you recommend?

Thanks
