Pretty much any department store you go to; they're pretty ubiquitous, and you can probably find one at a Target. Are you looking for a specific type/brand name? Some stores like PacSun have some really cute ones.

Hot Topic is where I got my black one. But you can also check Wal-Mart, Dillards, Target, Sams Clubs, Old Navy, Wal-Greens, Big Lots, .... Um, can't think of anymore.. lol

TARGET!!! i hate target but i went there and they had awesome messenger bags and theyre cheap!!! go to target.com and go to the bag section..theyre great..american eagle has just a few but theyre cute as well =]
