I'm 12 and on weekdays I go to bed around 10:30 and on weekends it depends. Between 12 and 3. But my parents dont really know. I just hang out on the computer

My daughter's 11 and 1/2, and on school nights, she's in bed by 9.00p.m., but she gets to read for 30-45 minutes. At the weekend, lights have to be out by 10.30p.m. (unless we're at friends, or have guests.)

Nine o' clock on school nights and 9.30 pm on week ends. Growing youngsters need rest and though it may seem a bit tough, going to bed at a regular time will pay dividends in lots of ways.

I think I was always made to go to bed 9:30ish.
Then again, I always switched my light on to draw and stuff without my parents knowing. No wonder I'm nocturnal now.
I'm not sure what to go on, other than the film 15-certificate (UK) here has a watershed of 9 o'clock I think, haha.

Depending on the parent, the child and what time the kid needs to wake up, between 8 and 10.
