Don't remember that rumor nor have I heard anything about Alice (Vincent Furnier 58) changing to Christian Rock.I know he is an avid golfer (handicap-5) owns 2 club/restaurants "Alice Cooper'stown" and still plays the rock circuit- a show in my home state later this month.
Note:His grandfather was an ordained Apostle of the Church of Jesus Christ and his father was an ordained Elder.

I don't remember the rumor though I do know who both of them were. My boyfried actually looks a hell of a lot like Alice Cooper and people believe him when he says Alice is his dad he looks so much like him. I did not know Alice is doing Christian Rock though Go Alice

although it may not fit nicely into the genre of "christian rock" alice's music has always been very thoughtfull and has addressed many pertinent social issues. As far as not respecting him because he leads a normal life then you have no understanding of the man, the image and the difference between the two. for the record Vincent aka Alice had a problem with that himself for many years and it nearly cost him his life

I grew up in an exceedingly small city and severe college replaced into have been all the interest replaced into aside from having drunk and making out. I even did a number of that throughout college. LOL it rather is stressful to have faith I survived severe college and that i replaced into an "A" student. college is have been females have been and have been I performed soccer so I had a blast. It did no longer injury that with the help of the time i began out severe college my Dad had stop ingesting (He replaced into between the worst alcoholics I actual have ever seen) . mom replaced into nevertheless a soreness yet Dad and that i became perfect acquaintances, So i assume my view of my severe college years is somewhat biased. the college Dances have been huge events in a small city that had one action picture teach with basically one demonstrate, no quickly foodstuff eating places and no department stores. We did no longer get Rock concert events coming interior a hundred and fifty miles so i did no longer see my first stay stay overall performance till I went away to college except you count variety close by bands playing on the Dances.

I love Alice Cooper's original stuff! I know his father was a minister, but I imagine this is just as bewildering as when KISS sold out and started doing DISCO!

Didn't he always? I'm just saying, I went to Catholic school and it was pretty scary at times too.
But on topic, no, I didn't. He has a tour starting up this fall. I wonder what he'll be supporting.
