Why does Smackdown push Booker T?

Arrrggh. I think he's boring. Every time he comes on, my hand goes right for the remote control, and I change the channel. Am I in the minority on this one, or do other people agree with me?

AC Milan : I'm aware it's staged. So are most movies and programs on television, yet I'm sure you still watch those.

Robabard - I can see why they'd want to have some African American wrestler in a high profile, but I think there are more talented guys they could be using, like Bobby Lashley, for instance.

Jim Ross isn't bad - I don't think he's nearly as good of a play by play man as Joey Styles, but he's the voice I'm used to for RAW.

Oops - I thought you said JR, not JBL. JBL actually isn't too bad - one thing he is praised about is he'll reference wrestling history from non-WWE promotions when putting wrestlers over. This was actually one of the things that Styles used to do in ECW that really made his commentary good.

Across the board, the writing has been tired and boring for like the last year. Mr. McMahon as a wrestler is ridiculous. "DX" appearing out of nowhere is ridiculous. Losing Stacy Keiber's a*ss is a national crisis. Trish will be missed - what a great little athlete. And finally ... yes, "King Booker" is ridiculous. He is pushed, however, because WWE got lots of flak on the internet for having an "ethnic purge" and being too white.

By the way, don't you think JBL is the worst "color man" they've had in years? I can't listen to him, so I can't watch the broadcast at all.

I used to watch wrestling like 8 years ago, and Booker T was like some jobber who they would put on so everyone could have a bathroom break.

Without sounding racist. I think the only reason he's getting a push is because he's black. Years ago WWE (wwf then) took alot of heating for not having enough black wrestlers. He's not that good of a wrestler.

Booker deserves his title, he has worked hard, and has been loyal to the WWE when they were underusing him. I dont even watch Smackdown anymore anyway, because the product is that bad.
