I'm also a professional musician, so I play every weekend. I also do a lot on EBay, and I'm starting a new side business in selling custom guitar bodies.
The key is make money with something you enjoy.

I got lucky... A few years ago, I built a single seat off-road buggy to use instead of an ATV... I now have 12 welders and 5 mechanics on my pay-roll. Last years profits were just under 2M.

I still have a Mon.-Fri. job. I kept the job because the company I work for has had my back thru thick and thin. I don't want to brag, but in the industry we work in, there isn't anyone in the country that knows more about it than I do.

I also started purchasing rental propriety at a young age. When I got out of the military @ 21 y/o, I bought a two family house. I now have 47 rental units in 18 proprieties. On average I bring in a profit of $205.00 dollars per unit per month. The rest is gobbled up by overhead. This leaves me with approx. 115k a year for doing nothing but signing my name!

I've taken a variety of part-time jobs, from stocking shelves and putting up tents, to working real estate and selling mutual funds. I've tutored and have sold garage doors. I've sold things on eBay and have had yard sales. There are some good books at your library... something like 101 Ways to Supplement Income or Make Extra Money. Good luck. My humble opinion: Always still make time for your family... there will be time later when they are grown to make more cash. Funny thing is, we tend to need that money more when we have kids living with us!

I work a Home Business, by phone, and the internet with a 14 year old company that offers Health discount programs. I work 2nd shift, so when I get home around 11:30, I can work the internet, and I can return phone calls in the morning before work. If all goes well, it won't be long I will no longer need the 2nd shift JOB......

Well, my main business is buying and selling vintage costume jewelry on the net. I kinda fell into a rural route mail carrier sub-contractor job, where I relieve the gal who mainly does it. Occasionally, I'll hear of little week or so jobs that will add a bit of dosh to my pocket. I'm playing with going to a temp service so that I can do lots of different things for a short timeframe......just for kicks.

We have a home base business. No inventory, no collecting, no over head. We can show you too. We do all of our work in our spare time either by phone or on the internet. Let us show you. It will only take about 35 minutes. If interested e-mail me at rbowen12@windstream.net. Good luck and we hope to hear from you. Marshall

Secret shopper. My friend did it and made an extra $300 a month. There are always postings in the job section for the need. I dont remember which company she used, but she said you shouldnt have to pay to get into it.

I sell stuff on Ebay.

I don't do it consistently, just when I need extra money. One Christmas I needed to pay for a trip to France and was able to make over $2000 in 3 months just re-selling stuff I bought at Wal-mart!

It takes time and effort but what doesn't!
