Interesting question.
If it meant truly being the opposite gender for a day, not just done up in drag, it could be an interesting opportunity.

First thing I would do is freak out if I woke up w/ a penis. Then I would call my best friend so she could come see it. I would pee standing up, play with myself constantly, adjust myself all day long, and it would give me the right to be a complete bastard to women.
