Be proud of your height! I'm 5'10 and I LOVE wearing heels. 5'6 isn't too tall at all. It's a beautiful and wonderful thing to accept your body the way it is. But if you insist on not being much taller, try kitten heels. The heels are only 1-2 inches. Look at www.delias.com, urbn.com...

I am 5'7" and I love my high heels, the higher the better.
If you are worried about what guys will think, girl, they LOVE a tall woman, especially in a pair of 4" heels !! ( Ok, that may be a bit much for a 16 year old, but you get the picture ).

five feet six inches isn't "really tall," even for women. Don't be afraid to wear heels if you like them and they look good on you. I'm 5'8" and I wear them whenever I please. And lol at saying 35 is old. Kids crack me up. Most brands have a low heeled shoe options, just try one of the larger shoe stores and you're bound to find something.

You could find kitten heels anywhere. Just depends on how much you're willing to spend. As little as $10 at WalMart and Payless and over that at department stores. Whereever you choose to go shopping, have fun!!! Sorry I didn't list specific brands but I thought that you would be able to figure out what you like when you see them!!
