is there anyway i can get backt into my account. the password is changed and they've change my secreat question (iva already tried to answer it numerious times but i cannot get the answer) i've got really important emails that i waiting to recieve concerning my college application and i really need to get back into my account please help!

Sorry, but the account is lost forever then. There is NO WAY to recover it.
Your best bet now is to notify any correspondents that your e-mail address is no longer any good.
BTW, you should never use "freebie" accounts (Yahoo, Hotmail, etc.) for important communications. Use the account that your ISP gave you instead. At least if that gets hacked, they'll work with you to put it right.
Make sure that you use long, complex passwords in the future to prevent this from happening again. And change them periodically -- every 3 months or less.

I have 2 guesses number (1) it is either you open you're e-mail on an internet cafe and changed your password and accessed you're secret question without even noticing that computer you are using have a keylogger installed. ( a spyware which logs every stroke on the keyboard you made and can be saved via log file and stored either the hard disk of that computer or even can be sent by the hackers e-mail)
number (2) someone close to you whom you have a fight or even a bad conversation with which he/she knows every detail of your e-mail account.

The only way to do that is to find out who did it. Maybe someone that really dislikes you? THEN the only way to get your account back is if you get the password and security question, but if the person dislikes you... what are the chances of that happening?
I had a friend who lost her myspace account by some girls that really disliked her. They changed her whole profile to make her look stupid & ignorant. She never did get it back.

nope you lost it email msn tell them in the meail what has happen they may shut down that account you cant get it back now its gone tell all your friends who you had on your list befor there hacked coz if they are and they find out you got hacked and never told them there not going to be happy with you if there account goes boom

UNLESS if your password was extremely obvious, like your first name of something, then chances are that you know the person who did it to you, i dont think it was a random person.......
