Look on the left side of the Yahoo toolbar.
You'll see a pencil just to the right of the big red Y.
Click on the pencil.
At the bottom of the list is the uninstall command. Click on it and follow the directions. This will remove it from your browser.
Then check Start > Settings > Control Panel > Add/Remove
and look near the bottom of the list. If Yahoo Toolbar is listed there click on remove and OK.
That will remove it from your PC.

U hv four options to do this.
First click on pencil near the search bar on yahoo toolbar and select uninstall.
Second, follow this path. Start> control panel> add remove > yahoo toolbar> change remove.
Third, Right click empty space on toolbar and uncheck the yahoo toolbar. It will hide.
Fourth, click view and select full screen, it will increase ur viewing space and ur browser toolbar and yahoo toolbar, both will hide.
Now u hv 4 alternatives and choice is certainly urs to choose anyone of these. It will solve ur problem.

I had this problem last week at work and, if my memory serves me correctly, I believe I right clicked on the y at the far left of the toolbar. I was given the option to delete...once I did that, the popup blocker was removed as well as the toolbar. Try that.

well if u wanna get rid of yahoo being ur homepage go to tool bar which is located in the top left corner of ur explorers page and go to optionms there check all the thing and u will see that www.yahoo.com is written change that to the homepage u want and then if u want to remove the tool bar go to control panel and then go to add remove progarams find the yahoo tooll bar in the lista nd click on remove this will succesfuully remove it
