How do I make a userlookup and shop layout for neopets?

Making one from scratch is very hard to explain... But you have to have a acount on Photobucket or Imageshack. Then try the Neopets HTML guide

HTML...there are some handy tips in the help section. Click 'Help' on the yellow toolbar, then HTML Guide on the toolbar on the top.
If you don't want to do it yourself, I can make you a nice one if you can think of a reasonable trade.
