get yourself a hot bath going with all ur beauty products take time to soak and scrub up wash your hair and before you get in have favourite clothes waiting on bed.
Treat yourself to everything trim some hairs ,brush teeth ,trim nails ,do hair and put some makeup on,spray some purfume on yourself . get into clothes and either go out with some mates or curl up on sittee for night watching a good comedy you could have pjs on if staying in

I feel like that too. I was never like that and then I had a child (not that that's the reason). I have a 2 year old and I am a stay at home mom and just feel run down all of the time. I am young, 22 and pretty damn good looking, if I do say so myself, lol.. so there is really no good reason to feel that way other then that I am TIRED!!!

wow!! i know exactly how you feel, i was the same way once.
this is what i did
started going to a massage therapist once a month for a full body massage. cut my computer time down to just 1 hour a day.changed my hair, started taking belly dance lessons.
what you need is somthing to feel good about youself about.

have a good night of pampering yourself 1st get a hair and face mask from supermarket candles put round the bath a good bubble bath put your best CD on high lay back and enjoy chill . after open a bottle of wine or your fave drink sit back watch a film

Look in the mirror!!! Your alive aren't you, that should be enough, but Vitamins and treat yourself to a spa treatment (facial, nails, feet, nice massage) would be an extra present to yourself.

excercise! go on a walk when u get up. do pilates in ur living room. go on a run after supper. go on a bikeride!! stretch ur muscles..... when i started strechin to do the splitz in cheerleading i felt better.. now i can do the split completly and im excerising and i feel great!
