I think its a good idea. Star Wars is the story oF Darth Vader and in between episode 3 and 4, there is 20 years while luke grows up. Should be collectively called , the rise of the empire or the shroud of the dark side.

I've read about it and was under the impression that it focuses mainly on bounty hunters and takes place during the 19 years between Revenge of the Sith and A New Hope.
If it is comparable to the Young Indiana Jones show from the early 90's, I think it will be decent enough. I don't see why a show would kill the series, so long as it doesn't reveal too much mystique concerning the main characters that we all know.

Providing that it has nothing to do with EP 1 - 3 and covers events that fit into the Star Wars Universe - could be good.
(Assuming of course they decide NOT to rely totally on CGI)

I think the small screen is a natural evolution for the franchise.
I love to something about the old republic or New jedi Order.

I think they did the worst damage with episodes 1 and 2 and it's still not dead so hey! The Clone Wars cartoon is actually pretty good though.

I liked the star wars series but I think they just really need to let it go now.
