The Scientific Medical Community would LOVE us to all believe in "The Monkey Story"
wich has been investigated Thouroughly throughout the 25 years of the AIDS Pandemic.
Truth is IF said "Monkeys" carried this virus for 75 years then why did we humans just start getting it in the 1960's? Heres why:
In 1961 The U.S.Government Military asked an as yet "unamed" Bethesda MD laboratory to design a "supervirus". a Virus that could be introduced insidiously into an Enemy's Population and thus kill them untraced from within.
Retroviruses were a key target as there was no known Cure for any of the "Known Retroviruses" at that current point in time.(there still isn't)
The lab took Feline Lukemia virus-1(later named HTLV-2) and combined it with Simian(Monkey) Lukemia Virus-2. They now needed human subjects to test it on so they targeted Male Homosexual Prisoners serving short term sentances for crimes of Homosexuality at Fort Leavenworth Penitentiary.
marketing it(calling It) a new experimental Hepatitis-B Vaccine(REMEMBER That?)..they injected these Prisoners..and waited..and waited...The Military was expecting these men to become ill very rapidly and die. to wich if they did, would explain it away as "metabolic failure"..but..they did not. by 1966 the entire experiment was deemed a failure and the project abandoned, they thought it was over...but it wasn't. What the Docs who created this Supervirus were unaware of was its 10-15 yr "Incubation" period before it strikes it's Victims(sero-conversion). 17 years later the first case(VERY first case) of an immune destroying virus was found in a Man,that man had been a Prisoner at Leavenworth in 1961 and had been given the experimental Hepatitis vaccine..
I swear this is TRUE I discovered this in an article on the web 5 years ago,it has since "Been removed" and its author(a former scientist at the lab in Bethdesda MD) has mysteriously "dissapeared".
Doctors can trace back the number of years to the point of infection, before a person Sero-converts and the virus then shows up in a standard AIDS test, I tested Positive in 1982 and I am one of the longest living survivors with full-blown AIDS,Doctors traced back my year of infection to 1972,when as a teenage boy I was walking the streets of Boston homeless after my parents threw me out when they discovered they had a "Gay" teenage Son.
Monkey Origin..NO.."Monkey Buisiness" most definatly!

AIDS will probably never be traced to its immediate source, but scientists now know that the disease is native to the central African nations of Zaire, Burundi, Ugandi, Rwanda, Tanzania and Kenya, and that there is a species of monkey that abounds in that region, called the African "green", which carries a virus very similar in structure to that of the AIDS virus and in the very blood cells that AIDS prefers. These monkeys do not react to the disease as humans and other primates do, probably because they have developed a built-in protection against it. Because of this, they may have been carrying the virus long before it became known to humans. The natives often sell the monkeys and sometimes eat their flesh. It is very probable that bites and scratches from the monkeys started the infection in man. As the natives were forced from their independent tribes into the cities, the monkeys migrated with them, eating from garbage heaps and infecting other men by biting and scratching when they tried to chase them away. AIDS was first diagnosed a decade or two (perhaps even as far back as the 1960's) before it was detected in the United States. Various AIDS-like symptoms were found in some western-Africans who came to Europe. It has been theorized that the AIDS virus may have come to America through Haiti, because thousands of people took part in a cultural exchange between French-speaking Zaire and the Caribbean Islands. It may then have been transmitted through homosexual males or IV drug abusers into New York, and then spread rapidly across the U.S., infecting homosexual and drug abusing communities, where the spread of infection has an ideal climate, especially for this type of virus. Bisexual males have since transmitted the virus to their spouses and sexual partners and then women to their unborn children. It is known that homosexual males and IV drug abusers have the highest statistical spread of the virus, although the percentages are rising in other categories because of bisexual activities and infected prostitutes. It is very clear that monogamous relationships and safe sex practices would help in curtailing the disease.

AIDS starts off as HIV. When HIV reaches the acute stages in humans, it turns into AIDS because they lack immune to like everything, and thus, they actually die of alternative diseases from poor immune system, caused by the HIV.
How it got here? It did seem to originate somewhere in Africa. But according to a website, it's originated in Africa AND North America. However, there seems to be no direct answer yet to where exactly the humans contracted the disease. My guess is that it newly developed from a previous disease, virus and/or parasite by having the ability to adapt and multiply.

alright i did research on this for the government. aids actually has been in existence alot longer than people realize. in the usa people were tested for aids through blood testing when applying for a marriage license without knowing this as far back as the early 70's.
yes as far as all the research it began in africa and was transmitted by the green monkey. transmission from monkey to man has never been totally proven. today the village is still being studied and carefully observed to derive data what may occur in other parts of the world if a cure is not found.
it was brought to the usa by a single homosexual man. he arrived in florida and from there it was transmitted through homosexual, bi-sexual, etc relationships.
hope this helps clarify the facts!

You... are an idiot.
AIDS was first documented in 1959 in the blood plasm of a man living in what is now the Democratic Republic of Congo. It was more than likely first transmitted to humans handling chimanzees killed for bushmeat. From there, it was probably transmitted by heterosexual and homosexual sex.
The first documented case of HIV in America was a 15 year old black boy in Saint Louis in 1969.
HIV / AIDS was first described in 1981.
So, no, african countries did not send diseased africans to America in order to increase AIDS funding.
Putz.

Not very sure. Going to check for you. Coming right back.
By the way tell you some jokes, and the jokes goes:
-Doctor! I have a serious problem, I can never remember what i just said.
-When did you first notice this problem?
-What problem?
One more joke:
A guy calls his vet and says "What should I do with my cat?Vet says "What do you mean? Guy says "I had a leak in my lawnmowers gas tank and the cat drank the gas. Then the cat began to run around and around the yard, climbed a tree. then fell out of the tree stiff. Vet says "Is the cat dead? Guy replies "nope he ran out of gas.

No idea.. i do know that the US and british army were experimenting heavily with biological agents around the 50s.. the conspiracy says that crazed generals tried to wipe out the black population. or it could be an experiment gone wrong. who knows?
that or free love in the sixties.

Most people believe that the origin of HIV, the AIDS virus, derives from some natural evolutionary event. Key among these HIV origin theories is the so called "cut hunter theory" in which a human, allegedly African native, received a bloody wound or infected splash while preparing a chimpanzee carrying a similar virus (i.e., SIVcpz). Most recent research, along with the scientific consensus, holds that the origin of HIV and AIDS could never have happened this way.
In 2001, The Royal Society of London's conference proceedings, which sought to determine the initial cause of AIDS and the origin of HIV, were published for the world to behold. The most highly respected scientists and academicians debated the possibility that HIV-1, the most widespread and deadly human AIDS virus, evolved from accidental vaccine contaminations and subsequent transmissions to mostly to African villagers. The oral polio vaccine (OPV) received the focus of interest here since that vaccine was partially derived from growing live polio viruses in monkey kidney cells that have historically proven to be contaminated with cancer viruses such as SV40 -- the 40th monkey virus ever discovered -- currently linked by medical scientists to widespread human cancers. By the end of the symposium, the esteemed delegates concluded the HIV origin and AIDS was not likely to have come from polio vaccine transmissions as chimpanzees were not proven to have been used during the manufacture of this vaccine.
More importantly, among the most respected of all HIV/AIDS origin theorists, the U.S. Government's chief DNA sequence analyst at the Los Alamos Laboratory in New Mexico, Dr. Gerald Myers, reported with his colleagues that the origin of HIV could not have begun with "cut hunters" or other single isolated cross species transmissions (called "zoonosis"). He reported that genetic sequencing studies prove some "punctuated origin of AIDS event" took place during the mid-1970s giving rise, virtually simultaneously, to at least ten different HIV "clades" (or genetic subtypes) associated with ten different distinguishable AIDS epidemics in Africa alone. The most likely cause of this widespread bizarre zoonosis was some man-made (i.e., iatrogenic) event involving chimpanzees, this group reckoned.
Myers and his colleagues offered the following best explanation for the origin of HIV: "It is not far-fetched," they wrote, "to imagine the ten or so clades deriving from a single animal (perhaps immunosuppressed and possessing a swarm of variants) [as might have been the case with chimpanzees used in the process of vaccine manufacture] or from a few animals that might have belonged to a single troop or might have been gang-caged together. The number of animals required is secondary to the extent of variation in the source at the time of the zoonotic or iatrogenic event. The [vaccine] hypothesis makes a case for such a punctuated origin . . ." (See: Burr T, Hyman JM and Myers G. The origin of acquired immune deficiency syndrome: Darwinian or Lamarchkian? Phil. Trans. R. Soc. Lond. B (2001) 356:877-887.)
So if chimpanzees were not used to make the polio vaccine, and therefore the origin of HIV and AIDS did not come from this vaccine nor time period (1950s-early 1960s), then what other vaccine, given during the early to mid 1970s, might have used one or more SIVcpz-infected chimpanzees in the manufacturing process?
The answer to this question was singularly advanced by a Harvard-degreed independent investigator, Dr. Leonard Horowitz in the award winning book Emerging Viruses: AIDS & Ebola -- Nature, Accident or Intentional? (Tetrahedron Press, 1998; 1-888-508-4787; http:www.tetrahedron.org) Dr. Horowitz unearthed and reprinted stunning scientific documents and National Institutes of Health contracts proving that chimpanzees, contaminated with numerous viruses, were used to produce hundreds of hepatitis B vaccine doses administered to central African Blacks along with homosexual men in New York City at precisely the time Dr. Myers and colleagues claim the origin of HIV "punctuated event" occurred.
Unfortunately, as another Royal Society conference presenter, Dr. Julian Cribb, protested, too little attention is given by drug-industry-influenced medical journals, and the mainstream media, to controversial truths in science regarding the origin of HIV and AIDS. (See: Cribb J. The origin of acquired immune deficiency syndrome: can science afford to ignore it? Phil. Trans. R. Soc. Lond B (2001) 356:935-938.) As a result, documents such as those published by Dr. Horowitz, and others, showing AIDS apparently derives from contaminated hepatitis B vaccines, have never received adequate attention.
