Sleep as much as you need to. Sleep heals the Body, Do not be around people that upset you in any way, shape or form, Don't stress about something you can't help, although it is human nature to worry, try to find a Hobby that you enjoy, something that keeps your mind off of what is stressing you, Read your Bible daily, Pray to God and then Pray some more. Eat right, Drink lots and lots of water. Don't take a whole ot of medication, take what is needed and then that's all. Make good Christan friends. Laugh at yourself and others. Have fun, life is to short. Try to exercise. Get you an Exercise Bike. Stay Clean and try to look nice. This will give you good self esteem and people will respect you for doing this to. Hang around positive people and go places to unwind and get away from the stress.
By being around positive people, it allows you to see how they think and handle things like stress in their lives and how they overcome it so you can too.
Also, by being around these people, this will help you to break that cycle of negative thinking in your life.
Plan on purpose that first thing in the morning when you get up you will think a positive thought and perform a positive action daily and this will help you in the long run. This will become a mindset for you eventually. It's worth at least a try.

Focus on the positives in your life. Maybe write down l or 2 daily and think about them everytime your mind starts rolling on the negative. Breathe deeply when you notice yourself tightening up and know when to walk away.

Think about what you do want in your life. Make a plan, step by step, to get you there ........ and do it!

P.S. Everyone has stress. It is part of life. Stress is not all bad. Maybe it is telling you to make some very necessary changes.

Seriously ask yourself this question:

What benefit am I deriving from my negative thinking and stress?

You should realize that the answer is obvious. And, if you are honest with yourself, and you accept the fact that your MIND believes that you "need" to experience negativity and stress, this should cause you considerable sadness... and hopefully grief.

To successfully struggle with the MIND is to outwit it with intuitive Knowledge drawn from ones Apapsyche [consciousness]...in your case, dive deeply into the pain and grief of being subjected to both by your MIND. Do not fear your own grief. It is the salve of peace, if used in sufficient quantity. Peace

yes, change the people around you. Also choose the positive thoughts that are opposite to the negative ones u don't want & affirm the positive ones abundantly. And practice in small ways first living in accord with those positive thoughts.

Exercise, yoga and meditation. Fixing your thought patterns is the most important. This is done by blocking negative thoughts by simply changing the direction of your thoughts to a positive.

u need to pray abt the negative thinking,move with pple,don't stay indoor or anywhere alone.for the stress u need alot of rest.
