If history is any judge, a slick tongue can go a long way. Look at Hitler. He didn't start an entire war by himself--he had a LOT of people on his side. He convinced them with a whole bunch of well-spoken rhetoric. That's how he managed everything he did.
Look at Bill Clinton as well. Whatever you thought of his presidency, you have to admit that he was pretty slick. He charmed the right people...which is how he got to office in the first place. Good looks don't hurt either--I've had more than one woman tell me she voted for him based on looks alone.

in the old days people would say manipulative traits, nowadays it is called managerial ability, but the only word that could describe such personality is Macchiavellian, have unsatisfied thirst for power will use all resources and make the best use of every opportunity to gain and consolidate power, i recommend you to read 'il principe' (the prince) by macchiavelli

I can't be like that. If you are nice and caring then you are labeled as a stupid weak ****. With money comes the power and with power comes money. Be your own man. If you treat your self as a power full person all will treat you that way to.

How you get power is to look and act confident and professional. Say things that other people want to hear. You have to want power bad enough that you are willing to do morally questionable actions to obtain it. At least that's my opinion.

it's not very difficult to get that power, but it gets misused, mostly, and the negativity generated can consume oneself and others around. if this power is used constructively, it can create wonders. (take electricity for example)
