The point you are making, which is that the list of words which are 'loaded' can (and will) shift as you shift cultural perspective, is entirely valid. To which I'd add only one more layer - history, which can shift the emotional connotations of a word even within the same cultural framework, and in as short a time as a decade or two.

I don't think that Black, Muslim, or Nuclear is dirty in the English language.
Different societies have different values. Witch doctors in some languages aren't "Dirty" words. What we call a Pagan ritual, is more like a holy ritual in some cultures.

Oh, I didn't know that Muslim was a dirty word... or any of the rest.
Seems that it's your little mind that's dirty ... a frequent result of pawn brain-washing. Can you break your programming, or shall I do it for you?

I think you have the wrong words. The ones you mention are dirty. What makes you and other think of them as "dirty" are a couple other words you left out.
"HATE" & "IGNORANCE"

Butter my butt and call me a biscuit.....I have no clue as to what you are asking......however.....even as written....I don't think those are "dirty" words or even offensive words....they are descriptive.....now then another context or paired with other words any one of them could become offensive

here are some really nasty words
politician, america, "God bless America",
"mission statement", downsizing, restructure, brainwash,
"Bible Belt"
It is not the words that are "dirty" but the way they are used
