1st of all, i am scared of rollercoasters so, i need to know all the details about when you went on the rollercoasters and warn me about which are good and bad. THANK YOU!!!

we went to Disney and Universal in 2004. My son was 24 and petrified of roller coasters. (he has learning disabilities) Anyway, before we left, i told him, "you'd better go on the rides, i am not paying all this money for you to walk around".
He went on EVERYTHING! I didn't force him, either. I didn't expect him to go on the Hulk, but he did! In Disney/MGM I didn't think he would go on Tower of Terror, but he did. I wouldn't say that he LOVES these rides, but I know that it boosted his confidence! I told him, on the roller coasters that go upside-down, if you are really scared, just hold on tight, close your eyes, and it is over in less than 60 seconds! He does that now, and some of the rides he couldn't wait to go on again when we went last year.
If you are EXTREMELY terrified, then, just don't go on it. There are plenty of other things to do. If you fear so much that you will pass out, or be sick, there is no fun in that. You are going there to enjoy yourself.

I went to island of adventure in April of this year,i'm not a fan of rollercoasters, i went on the 3D spiderman ride it looks and feels like your on a coaster but your not, the jurassic park log fume was good but it has a BIG drop at the end, my boyfriend went on the big coasters and said they were really good but i'm too much of a wimp, i'm sure you will have fun when you go I did.

hulk is slow and then shoots you out and about. the dr doom or whatnot -- ick! i'm not a rollercoaster fan either but - really enjoyed them all. have a great time!

the hulk is HUGE, scary if you don't like roller coasters, awesome if you doyou definetely need to go on that. dueling dragons--avoid it if you are easily nasueated or easily get headaches. there are a couple of little kiddy roller coasters, nothing too scary. enjoy your trip!
