If its a clean restroom, clean to my liking, and my bladder isn't bursting, I'll take the time to line the seat. If I see the slightest droplet of pee on the seat, I will squat and hover over the bowl on my tiptoes, like the famous Michael Jackson pose. If I have to do number two in public that bad, I must line the seat. If the seat isn't clean and I don't have diarrhea, I wait for the next available stall that doesn't have any remnants of the last person on the seat. I watch where I step too, I don't need my pants dragging in pee on the floor.

I used to ALWAYS line the seat, either with a toilet seat cover or if that wasn't available, I would tear off strips of toilet paper and cover the seat that way. However, recently, I've gotten lazy and if the seat looks really clean I will take some toilet paper and wipe it down, and then sit on it without a lining. I think I changed because I told my friends about how I used to be really anal about lining it and they looked at me like I was a freak. If the seat was gross or dirty, I would change stalls or hold it until I got home.

Depends how dirty it looks. If it looks real bad but I just got to go, I squat. If it looks semi-bad, I put the least amount of skin on the seat as possible. And if it looks clean, I sit.
