There are a lot of things that can break and reduce power. It could be something basic, like a disconnected vacuum hose or worn spark plugs. Or it may be something more expensive, like worn piston rings. If you do not know how to troubleshoot this engine, take it to a good mechanic.

give it a good tune up and change the oxygen sensor this should restore the power
