probably can't, but if you have something else to trade with the mini ipod, you might want to make some ads on www.caretotrade.com . It's free and lets you trade things you have for things you want. There's a video ipod listed on there now.

There is no official "iPod exchange" anywhere.
You need to sell your mini, and apply the money towards the purchase of a video iPod.
Try Ebay, or an authorized Apple reseller near you.

No one's going to give their Video up for a Mini... Just sell the Mini.
