The color of car I would like to be seen in is black, with dark window tint, but where I live the temperatures are over 100 in the summer, and black cars get way too hot.

Has to be black with! You should see me in my VW Golf, people say wow, nice car, you look good in it.
But its totally up to you, its personal preference. Just look at your favourite colour and thats the colour you should go for.
