your default homepage is changed to yahoo. you can change your homepage under "options".

If this is not what you want for your "home page," go to the page you want as "home."
cl Tools
cl Internet Options
You will see a box which displays the address of the page you are on.
cl the "use current" button.

Just change the home page, go to the site that you want as your home page, then click tools, internet options, then click current.

Its simple
Open your explorer window
Click on Tools
Click on Internet Properties
and change the "www.yahoo.com" stuff to "about:blank" or any other site you want to be displayed as your homepage

just change the start page back to your original one. you will still have the tool bar.
