your not depressed so cut that out your dealing with severe pms and i know exactly how it feels. every month i felt awful would cry at the site of a sad advert on tele or the shampoo running out so i couldnt wash my hair so i went to the doctors and he prescribed me with the pill not only were my pms symptons less stressful but the painful cramps also subsided if your already on the pill try a different one also my mum had the same problem until she had her first child then it all went away so try a cure until your ready for the prevention good luck

You may want to talk to your doctor. I'm getting so sick right before my period starts that it's almost like I'm pregnant. I throw up and everything. I also have such severe cramps that I'm doubled over. The doctor did put me on antidepressants because I do suffer from depression and they seem to help.

Seriously, I would put myself on birth control pills that have a mood stabilizer in them such as Yasmin.
It truely helps get rid of the PMS symptoms.

Have you tried all the PMS pills they offer over the counter. My 14 year old daughter had the same problem and she takes MIdol, makes her a little sleepy but kills the cramps! Good luck!

Try calciam suppliments. Get three servings of milk every single day, and take a suppliment, too. This is what my GYN suggests and it really helps.
