Yes, and why not?

Hilllary Clinton is without a doubt the most qualified candidate for president. If the Democrats get her to run in 08 I'd wager to say she won't win.

The American general population, leans toward being "ignorant rednecks" with the majority of them being led by hillbilly preachers. Take into consideration the actions taken by the Baptist Church last month. They forbode a woman to be a preacher just because they found some obscure phrase in the bible that say something about the (5000 year old mentality here) potential damage cause by having women "teach" men.

The downside is, we're passing up a lot of talent with these "flat-earth" religious fanatics. Look at the retardation our religious right fascists have created with their ban on medical fields fetus experiments. I wonder if any of these backwoods Einsteins have ever heard the term "breath of life".

I'm a disgusted American. I am ashamed of the leadership in this country and the guillablity of the majority of our citizens.

It is good in many ways. It will empower many women all over the world not only in US. Women in Muslim countries have the worst deal. The question however is in this male dominated society will a woman ever become President of US? I doubt. I read some where that Hillary is already withdrawing.

NO. Women are not able to be strong leaders. The are spiteful, petty, emotional, and are more worried about promoting their petty agendas than getting the job done. Look at any office or coporation run by females. The employees are miserable.

I would vote for Hilary in a heartbeat, just to get Bill back in there with her- Balance the Budget, and continue on the path of Fiscal Reponsible Government, and Enact Heathcare, Stupid Republicans don't get it- Canada is subsidizing the Auto industry up there with Free Healthcare, HC for GM And Ford, for current and retired workers is bankrupting them- So they build new Factories in Canada and shun the US.
Time for a change people-

No! It is not time. I do not believe a country needs to be run by a woman; sorry. When it comes down to it, women are hardwired differently than men; Women have too much emotion, and have been known to make harsher decisions based on thos emotions than men. And when decisions are made based on emotion, though it may diffuse a situation quickly, the ramifications always perk up later on down the road.

I am a woman, and I am saying this. I do not believe a woman leaders would be best for our country, period.

It is a shame, that till now, no Woman has become a President of USA, till date, in a so called, largest Democracy. This clearly, denotes, that, Men & Women are unequal.

Why associate ability to sex? It shouldn't matter to anyone what sex or race a person is, as long as they are able to do the job. Women have proved that they are capable of many things and even the US Navy agrees that they are better submariners than men...so perhaps they can be more effective as leaders.

Sure it is, but it won't be Hillary Clinton. Karl Rove and the RNC will drag her through the mud if she runs in 2008.
