Unlikely as the Tungsten gas that keeps the lightbulb filment from burning out would leak out.

This is actually a good question.

You could have a block of wood in the shape of a lightbulb - but it wouldnt give off light so it wouldnt actually BE a lightbulb.

anyway i'm even boring myself now.

Yes! A talented wood turner could make a wooden bulb into which you would put light emitting diodes (LED's) and voila there is your wooden light bulb. It may not be very bright but it will work.
