Hi there,

Yes, you are right to say that every sweat but not everyone sweat a lot on feet. You could be having a sweaty feet. I will recommend you to go for a doctor and seek the advice. If you do have the sweaty feet, what you need to do is just a minor surgery to get it right.

At the meantime, what you can do are:

- change your socks regularly, if the sweaty feet is really bad, can even bring an extra socks to change it

- spray some foot spray onto your feets, it will keep you dry for at least a few hours, bring along with you, so that you can use it once you need it

- apply shoes spray into your shoes, make sure you keep your shoes dry or under the sun when you are not wearing it

- buy a few pair of shoes, wear different shoes everyday, if possible, make sure each shoes have enough time to get dry

- soak your feet into warm water mixed with 2 spoonful of vinegar, it will help to kill all the germs and fungus on your feet.

Thats all for you, hope that it will help you to be odour free.

you need at least two pairs of shoes/boots so that you can alternate. if you keep wearing the same one every day then they will smell bad real fast. you can also put those odor-eater insoles in there, they work pretty well for a while. and there is always the foot deodorizing spray, you can spray your feet and the shoes with it. also change your socks, maybe try getting some cotton socks so your feet don't sweat so much, something breathable. maybe bring an extra pair of socks with you so you can change in the middle of the day. but just don't change your socks in front of everyone -- they might pass out! :-) (i'm just joking.)

Gold Bond Medicated foot powder and Tinactin athlete's foot spray. Alternate days of using each product and then stop using it for a while. Your feet should stop stinking up the lower atmosphere in no time. Also dry your feet well after showering.

Sprinkle baking soda in each shoe, tapping the shoe so that the baking soda is spread evenly throughout. Dump out excess baking soda, and wear. (Make sure you have clean feet or socks beforehand.)

I know this sounds like it would only make the problem worse, but it works for me. Soak your feet in warm soapy water with approximately 2 cups vinegar. Do this once every couple of weeks, and the problem is solved.

When you get out of the shower before you put your socks on--spray your feet with a spray deodorant / anti perspirant. This works great for keeping your feet dry and from not smelling horrible. My brother has played hockey for 15 years and this has helped keep down the stench from his skates and other equipment. And my hubby does this everyday which keeps me from throwing his boots out on the porch like I used to because they smelled so bad.

Cheap and easy way to keep your feet from smelling.

After each time you wear them, spinkle them with Bicarbonate of soda. It absorbs all the moisture which is what causes the smell.
