Braille letters & numbers on drive-up ATM machines???

I don't think a dog getting on an elevator with a blind person is weird, they are trained to do things like that. But what I don't get is the option for a braille menu at the drive up window...? Wouldn't the person with you be able to read the menu to a person, and heaven forbid the blind person is driving.

Some people may be legally blind and may still see colors or shadows. They do have Braille in elevators and places you would never think. This is a challenging world for any disability.
