As I look and learn, I choose peanut butter...

Marmite is a dark-brown coloured savoury spread made from the yeast extract a by-product of the brewing industry. It has a strong, slightly salty flavour. You either "love it or hate it". Can be eaten spread thinly on toast.

Marmite soldiers for the wee one and peanut butter for me. Both nutritious and good for you. jJust don't give peanut butter to youngsters.

Both together. Spread peanut butter liberally on one slice of toast, and a scant teaspoon of Marmite or Vegemite on the other slice. Put them together and....voila! ambrosia with plenty of vitamin B.
