Nope. Many things could push a person to start dating another when they're currently with someone. How long was the original relationship dead, but the couple stayed together because of the time invested? Was it an "elephant" in the room that they didn't want to discuss (breaking up)? I think it could be true in some instances but I think it is a case-by-case analysis that you would need to apply.

Not always true. There is really no way to know if it is true or false because every person's actions is a result of all of their experiences and the experiences yet to be had; so there is the possibility they may never cheat again.

I don't think it's always true....In some cases I guess it is but not in every case...some just aren't happy and I feel that when they find the right person that will be it...others just like the rush of it~those are the ones that the saying is true

Not always true, everyone can make a mistake, if the partner can forget & forgive, they may be able to be stronger in the relationship,Do think that men are more apt to cheat, if it looks good, women goes on feeling & emotions, if she"s feeling ignored or taken for granted,

If a person cheats on you and you forgive - there is a good chance they will cheat again. However, If a person has cheated in a prior relationship it does not mean they will cheat in a later relationship. There are many reasons why people cheat and to generalize, I think is a grave error.
