now, If Bush can send hurricanes as charged by some liberal democrats, does that mean global warming is myth since Bush can controle the weather and he can make it colder if he wants to?

No one has claimed Bush sent the hurricanes.
The accusations are;
1. The republicans poor record on environmental issues caused global warming which caused the hurricanes.
2. Bush doesn't care about blacks so he drug his feet in getting help to the people of New Orleans.
3. Bush blew up the levi , destroying many homes & causing the deaths of many blacks, all to save a few rich peoples homes.
I don't buy #1 but I'm not a scientist so I can't swear there is no validity to that one (but I seriously doubt there is)
As far as #2 The politicians on every level we slow & inept in anticipating & dealing with the tragedy. But race had nothing to do with it.
#3 would be laughable if it wasn't for the fact that so many people actually believe it!
