yes. i have had the problem recently. you should wash your sheets weekly and vacuum your matress just as often. also vacuum underneath the bed. it's probably dust mites (bed bugs) and not spiders that are causing the bites. they live in mattresses and feed off dead skin cells and human sweat. leaving your bed unmade can help prevent dust mites. a made bed can trap moisture from your body which allows that dust mites to thrive. but an un-made bed allows moisture to evaporate into the air.

There are many possible things that may be biting you. Mosquitos, fleas, spiders, bed bugs. It is best to look for them if you can. Do you have pets? Then fleas are a strong possibility. Clean the bedding and buy an insect fogger and fog your room if necessary.

Yes it is possible, but unlikely.
You may be infested with Bed Bugs,
bedbugs are usually the last thing on your mind when your head hits the pillow. Well, here's the bad news -- not only are these pests real, their sucky reputation is well deserved.
bedbugs are not dust mites
bedbugs suck and multiply at an amazing rate.
If you have bedbugs you will have to call an exterminator and have monthy visits.

Yes, although bedbugs are actually real, live in mattresses and do a better job of biting people. Thats why there is all that law surrounding tags on matresses.

without a doubt. The other thing that you need to worry about is if there are spiders, there are other bugs, as spiders feed off of them.

Yes it is possible, especially if you had one that had an egg sack and the hatchlings have arrived. Call an exterminator.
