my job requires me to sit 12 hrs with some walking. I eat every 5 hours and this is what I usually eat. I can of Ravioli then 5 hours later I eat soup or TV dinner. Then 5 hours later I eat Top Ramen or cup of noodles. My snack is a mini donut before I sleep. On my days off I eat less and more active. I weigh 250 pounds and 6 foot tall with 40 waist. What am I doing to make me this big?

The fact that your sitting so long with just some walking could be the problem. The mini donut before you sleep is a BIG no no..thats eating sugar and sleeping, then it turns to fat. Try taking a mens multivitamin in the morning and maybe a diet pill and see if it helps. I know when I first started out on my diet I weighed 298 and right now im 280 and I know im still alot but im working on it very hard and it seems to be working and yes im a female lol. Well have a good day!

Lose the canned ravioli and make your own. Also, try a stairmaster. Or walking on your days off. Sounds like you don't gett anywhere NEAR enough fresh fruit or vegetables or excercise.

Look at the amount of fat on a package of Ramen, its 11 grams, ditch the ramen, its fattening as hell..
