You cannot be pregnant without having sex, unless you have artificial insemination. Now, there are 3 possibilities; First is that she's not pregnant. Highly likely if her claim is accurate. Second is that she is pregnant. This could be the case if she had some sort of sexual relation with a guy, but it "didn't go all the way" or he pulled out early, etc, where she isn't really counting it as sex. Not a huge probability, but it has happened before. The third is a possibility if she is showing signs of pregnancy but really didn't do any actions that would cause her to be pregnant. And that's a Psychosomatic disorder which some women develop (usually because they want a baby so bad), where their bodies essentially go through the motions of pregnancy, including the swelling of the belly, despite there being no child. I don't know your friends situation, but unless she wants a baby, I don't think this is the cause.
If she really didn't do any risky behavior that could lead to pregnancy, then she isn't pregnant.

No. If she thinks she's pregnant but has never had relations with a man, she's just stressed out, and her period will return eventually.
If she's worried about not getting her period, she can go see a doctor for a checkup.
No sex, no baby.

There is no possible way that she is pregnant unless she got fingered by someone who had some sperm on his hands or maybe somehow got some sperm close to her vagina..something like that...since she didn't have sex

That is SOOOO stupid!!!!! How can you get preggers if you haven't even gotten CLOSE to a guy (if u know what I mean). Sometimes my period comes kinda late, but I don't get scared or nuthin'

there is no way your friend could be pregnant if she didint actually have sex.... the only way she could be pregnant without having sex is if she had a mans semen inserted into her, if that happend then yes she could be pregnant....

if she doesn't know the answer to this question, maybe she should rethink the original question. "should I be having sex". Please tell her to think about taking precautions before getting PREGNANT.
