This is one of those questions that depends entirely on your definition. Most of the people answering seem to think that the word "birthday" means the actual day you were born. But if you take the normal, everyday meaning of the word "birthday", that is, the anniversary of your birth, then how many you have depends a lot on where you live. So, if you were a woman in Sweden, you would probably have about 80 birthdays. Or if you were a man in the African country of Chad, you would probably have about 45 birthdays.
How many years a person is likely to live is called their "LE" or "Life Expectancy" and you can get a number for that for any country inthe world or for the world as a whole by checking the USA government "CIA World Factbook" That's easy to search for online.

He actually only has one birthday (the day he was born). The others are all celebrations of his birthday.

Just one birthday - the rest are just a celebration of his original birthdate.
