Sweat is salty too the body tries to get rid of salt, this is why people take salt tablet supplements if they work in very hot weather.

bacuse water is held in the body by salt because your baody trys to dilute the salt you take in so water goes to the salt , and any water you excreete has salt in it because it's stored by the salt
