using a scrub every morning on your face would be too much! if you have acne problems and you're thinking it will be deep cleansing, it wont. it'll just irritate your skin more. i'd only use a scrub at most every other day.

Be careful with using scrubs everyday, eventually they will deplete your skin of natural oils

No, not everyday it's 2 harsh 4 UR skin.
Limit 2 a couple of times a week & no more.

maybe; i'm allergic to that brand, so i couldn't tell you if it is good or bad. What i do know is that we shouldn't scrub our faces or bodies every day. Your pores can get infected; therefor developing acne.

i think you should use a scrub twice a week anyway use st ives night and day cream is very very good

It does kind of tear up your face. Make sure you use a decent moisturizer afterwards.
