With France's fooball team's win over Italy they have defeated two reining World-cup chamion teams within the space of three months. If that is not a record what is the least amount of time between a team's consecitive victorys over the World-cup holders. Also if you add their 1998 defeate of Brasil they have beten the reining world champions the last three times they have met! Does this run go farther back? Is it another record? Where can I get these statistics?????
